Loading Equipment

SL-Lift (the "small one")
500kg capacity. Automatic lifting up to working height. Also available with pilling device (modell SL/E) or platform. Control panel can be mounted left or right side. Various formatsizes available.

Stacklift ("BFA")

Air Conveyor Tables "LT"
The most commonly used devices to transport materials onto and off the cutter. All tables are manufactured with stainless steel surfaces.

Grippersystem "GTS"
The KNORR gipper system automizes the workflow in the cutting process. Useing a gripper system, combined with other components, waiting time and man-power can be reduced. Various sizes and length available.

Sorting / Buffering Equipment

Airpallet Lift - Model LLK
KNORR air board system is the perfect solution to separate the various work sequences and eliminates waiting time. Can be used offline at a jogging station as well at a cutting station.

Airpallet Lift With Automatic Board Removal - Model LLK-BA
The LLK-BA takes off the free board from the board lift and puts it onto a trolley, saves time and gives more efficiency.

Sorting Buffer - Model SP
Available with 6 or 10 shelves, prepared reams of different jobs can be stocked and sorted - every board can be selected seperately.

Unloading Equipment

Unloader - Model ABS
Automatic unloading is the most efficient way to make full use of high production capacity of a guillotine cutter. During the process of automatic unloading, the operator can proceed with cutting the next ream. Various sizes available.
