perforating heads. The following are some examples of
our standard perforating heads and special perforating applications.
Standard
Perforating Head
This
is an image of our standard perforating head and is provided
within a package. The part number is 220-A-108 and
is used on all Rosback perforators.
Standard
"CD" Head
This
is an image of our standard "CD" Head and is provided within
a package. The part number is 220-A-127 and is used
on all Rosback perforators.
Creasing
Heads
These
are images of our creasing heads and are provided within
a package. Currently the top two are standard and
the part numbers are 220-A-113 & 220-A-114 two-line
adjustable and these are used on all Rosback perforators.
The bottom three are also available similar to the standard
yet have sharper creasing edges.
Special
Slit/Perf Heads
This
is an image of special slit/perf heads. For this application
a customer required two different heads. One head
to slit and perf along the outer edges by 6mm while the
center head perforates and slits by 6mm and a 15mm gutter
cut to separated the finished stock.
Another Example of Special Slit/Perf Head
This
is an image of special slit/perf head as well. For
this application a customer required two perforations with
a center slit to divide the sheets.
