Rosback
offers 3 Saddle Stitchers to choose from. Following
this basic guide.
-
Customers
wanting faster and more efficient production than offered
by a single pedestal head stitcher, Rosback suggests the
Model 201B Saddle Stitcher.
If extra hand feed stations are required, Rosback suggests
adding the 4-station Model 213 Saddle Extension.
-
Customers
that are considering a Feeder or Trimmer at a later date,
Rosback suggests the 203R Saddle Stitcher
or 203C Saddle Stitcher.
-
Customers
wanting complete automation for feeding, stitching and
trimming, Rosback recommends either the 203 Saddle Binder System
or 318 Saddle Binder System.
These systems
were designed for operator ease of make-ready, operation,
and change-over. No other saddle binding systems in their
class have such quick change-over...30 minutes or less for
the experienced operator depending on the job...and that means
more profits!
This
time-tested design is backed by over a century of Rosback's
unmatched reputation for superior quality and we guarantees
complete customer satisfaction.
The
203 and 318 do it all in-line; insert, saddle-stitch, and
three-side trim multiple signature saddle-stitched books and
booklets from 8 pages (2 sheets) up to 3/8" (approx. 120 pages).
Variable speed ranges from 1800 to 5000 cycles per hour with
average production being up to 32,000 in an 8 hour day.
If
you are a printer that prints multiple-signature impositions,
folds sheets into signatures (4, 8, 12, 16, or 32 pages),
and collates, saddle-stitches, and 3-knife trims them, and
your runs range from 500 to 32,000 books per day - you can
substantially build your profits with either the 203 Bindery
System or 318 Saddle Binder.
